My name is Debi and I’ve been Environmental, Health & Safety Manager at the plant in Jeffersonville (Indiana), USA; since 2016. I monitor compliance of environmental, health and safety standards at our location and regularly conduct risk analyses. Through various training sessions, I ensure that employees not only act in an environmentally friendly and safe manner, but that they also participate in identifying risks in a timely manner and contribute to corrective actions to avoid them. This guarantees continuous improvement of the EHS management systems.
