F\u00fcr das Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2017 wurde eine Dividende von 6.50 CHF pro Aktie genehmigt. Dies entspricht einer gegen\u00fcber dem Vorjahr unver\u00e4ndert hohen Gewinnaussch\u00fcttung, obwohl der Gewinn 2016 durch einen Sondereffekt positiv beeinflusst war.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>364 Aktion\u00e4re haben heute an der ordentlichen Generalversammlung der Autoneum Holding AG in Winterthur teilgenommen. 67 Prozent des Aktienkapitals waren vertreten.<\/p>\n<p>Die Aktion\u00e4re genehmigten den Jahresbericht 2017 einschliesslich der Konzern- und Jahresrechnung. Ab dem 5. April 2018 wird eine im Vorjahresvergleich unver\u00e4nderte Dividende in H\u00f6he von 6.50 CHF je Namenaktie ausbezahlt. F\u00fcr das Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2016 belief sich der Dividendenbeitrag aus dem Verkauf des UGN-Werks in Chicago Heights (Illinois), USA, auf 1.00 CHF.<\/p>\n<p>Hans-Peter Schwald wurde als Pr\u00e4sident, Rainer Schm\u00fcckle, Norbert Indlekofer, Michael Pieper, This E. Schneider, Peter Spuhler und Ferdinand Stutz als weitere Mitglieder des Verwaltungsrats im Amt best\u00e4tigt. This E. Schneider, Hans-Peter Schwald und Ferdinand Stutz wurden zudem in den Verg\u00fctungsausschuss wiedergew\u00e4hlt. Die Aktion\u00e4rinnen und Aktion\u00e4re der Autoneum\u00a0Holding AG haben ferner s\u00e4mtlichen Mitgliedern der Konzernleitung und des Verwaltungsrats mit grosser Mehrheit Entlastung erteilt.<\/p>\n<p>Die Konsultativabstimmung \u00fcber den Verg\u00fctungsbericht 2017 erreichte eine Zustimmung von\u00a0 83 Prozent.
