Die im Werk gefertigten, hochpr\u00e4zisen Werkzeuge sind Grundlage f\u00fcr die Produktion leichtgewichtiger Komponenten f\u00fcr L\u00e4rm- und Hitzeschutz im Fahrzeug. Als einer von wenigen Automobilzulieferern weltweit entwickelt und produziert Autoneum bereits seit 20 Jahren massgeschneiderte Werkzeuge in-house.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Neue Mobilit\u00e4tsformen wie Elektromobilit\u00e4t, gestiegene Anspr\u00fcche an Fahrkomfort und -sicherheit, aber auch zunehmend restriktivere Regulierungen fordern Automobilhersteller und Zulieferer gleichermassen, in innovative Produkte sowie entsprechend in moderne Entwicklungs- und Produktionsprozesse zu investieren. Ein wichtiger Bestandteil ist dabei der Werkzeug- und Formenbau. Werkzeuge zur Herstellung von Fahrzeugkomponenten m\u00fcssen so konstruiert werden, dass eine hohe Fertigungsqualit\u00e4t in der Serienproduktion standardm\u00e4ssig erreicht wird \u2013 ein Anspruch, der nur mit fundierter Werkzeugbaukompetenz zu erreichen ist. Als einer der ersten Automobilzulieferer hat Autoneum diese Herausforderung bereits vor 20 Jahren erkannt und ein Entwicklungs- und Produktionszentrum f\u00fcr Werkzeug- und Formenbau in Hn\u00e1tnice, Tschechien, aufgebaut. Heute fertigen dort mehr als 250 Mitarbeiter hochkomplexe und auf Kundenanforderungen zugeschnittene Werkzeugs\u00e4tze, die aus Hn\u00e1tnice an alle europ\u00e4ischen Werke von Autoneum sowie Fertigungsst\u00e4tten in den USA, Mexiko und S\u00fcdafrika geliefert werden.<\/p>\n<p>Um auch in Zukunft die hohe Nachfrage nach spezialisierten Werkzeugen und Formen bedienen zu k\u00f6nnen, erweitert Autoneum die Fertigungskapazit\u00e4ten des Standorts. Ab Sommer 2019 werden auf insgesamt 6000 Quadratmetern nach modernsten Produktionsverfahren Spritz-, Biege- oder Schaumwerkzeuge unter anderem f\u00fcr die Herstellung von Teppichsystemen, Stirnwandisolationen und Hitzeschildern gefertigt. Um solche Werkzeuge bereits in der Vorentwicklung kosteneffizient zu modellieren und optimieren, kommen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Forschungs- und Entwicklungszentrale im schweizerischen Winterthur unter anderem Industrie 4.0-Applikationen wie 3D-Druckverfahren zur Digitalisierung von Werkzeugen und Gussformen sowie f\u00fcr den Bau von Prototypen zum Einsatz.
