Mit ATLAS kommt nun ein besonders leistungsstarkes System dazu: Dank der effizienten und zuverl\u00e4ssigen Messmethodik k\u00f6nnen ger\u00e4usch<\/strong><strong>reduzierende Fahrzeugkomponenten und Materialien zuk\u00fcnftig schneller und deutlich ressourcenschonender analysiert und entwickelt werden.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mit der fortschreitenden Elektrifizierung der Mobilit\u00e4t und Trends wie selbstfahrenden Autos werden k\u00fcnftige Fahrzeuggenerationen nicht mehr nur zur Fortbewegung genutzt \u2013 mobiles Arbeiten und Erholung spielen eine ebenso zentrale Rolle. Voraussetzung daf\u00fcr ist ein m\u00f6glichst ger\u00e4uscharmer Fahrzeuginnenraum. Um potenzielle interne und externe L\u00e4rmquellen bereits in der Vorentwicklung neuer Modelle zu identifizieren und zu isolieren, setzen Autohersteller rund um den Globus auf die hochspezialisierten Messsysteme von Autoneum. Das neu lancierte Messger\u00e4t ATLAS \u2013 kurz f\u00fcr \u00abAirborne Transmission Loss Analysis System\u00bb \u2013 misst die akustische D\u00e4mmleistung und den Schall\u00fcbertragungsverlust bei Komponenten wie Teppichen und Stirnwand- oder Bodenisolationen. Kunden k\u00f6nnen so l\u00e4rmmindernde Bauteile innerhalb weniger Minuten beurteilen, vergleichen und auf ihre Bed\u00fcrfnisse zugeschnittene Akustikkomponenten ausw\u00e4hlen.<\/p>\n<p>Dabei setzt ATLAS neue Messstandards. W\u00e4hrend Entwickler bisher das NVH-Verhalten (noise, vibration, harshness) von Innenraumkomponenten nur anhand von Materialproben mit einer Gr\u00f6sse von rund einem Quadratmeter analysieren konnten, geht dies mit ATLAS k\u00fcnftig schneller, g\u00fcnstiger und umweltschonender. Das Verfahren erlaubt die Messung kleinfl\u00e4chiger Testproben von maximal 10 Zentimetern Durchmesser, wodurch der Materialeinsatz signifikant reduziert wird. Dank vier hochsensibler Mikrofone sind zudem lediglich zwei Messungen n\u00f6tig, um exakte und valide Pr\u00fcfdaten zu erheben, womit sich das im Forschungszentrum im schweizerischen Winterthur produzierte System besonders zur Qualit\u00e4tssicherung und Reproduzierbarkeit der ermittelten Ergebnisse eignet. Anwender profitieren zudem im Vergleich zum bisherigen Standard von einer bis zu 50-prozentigen Zeitersparnis im Testablauf.<\/p>\n<p>Messsysteme von Autoneum sind weltweit Branchenstandard und kommen bei Fahrzeugherstellern, Automobilzulieferern und Forschungsinstituten erfolgreich zum Einsatz.
