April 2023 vollzogen worden. Damit betreibt Autoneum weltweit neu 67 Produktionsst\u00e4tten und besch\u00e4ftigt rund 16<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>100 Mitarbeitende in 24 L\u00e4ndern. Mit der \u00dcbernahme der deutschen Traditionsfirma baut Autoneum seine globale Marktf\u00fchrerschaft im nachhaltigen Akustik- und W\u00e4rmemanagement von Fahrzeugen weiter aus. F\u00fcr die vorgesehene Kapitalerh\u00f6hung von rund CHF 100 Mio. zur langfristigen Finanzierung der \u00dcbernahme haben die Aktion\u00e4rinnen und Aktion\u00e4re anl\u00e4sslich der Generalversammlung vom 23. M\u00e4rz 2023 der Schaffung eines Kapitalbands zugestimmt.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Der am 6. Januar 2023 unterzeichnete Kaufvertrag zur \u00dcbernahme der Verm\u00f6genswerte der insolventen Borgers-Gesellschaften durch Autoneum konnte vollzogen werden. Damit \u00fcbernimmt Autoneum mit Wirkung vom 1. April 2023 die Verm\u00f6genswerte der Borgers-Gesellschaften in Deutschland und die Anteile an den Tochtergesellschaften in Frankreich, Polen, Schweden, Spanien, Tschechien, dem Vereinigten K\u00f6nigreich und den USA sowie der Gesellschaft in Shanghai, China. Der bezahlte Unternehmenswert bel\u00e4uft sich wie bereits kommuniziert auf EUR 117 Mio.<\/p>\n<p>Das Produkt- und Kundenspektrum von Borgers Automotive, dem Spezialisten f\u00fcr textile Schallisolierungen, D\u00e4mmungen und Verkleidungen f\u00fcr Fahrzeuge, erg\u00e4nzt das nachhaltige Produktportfolio von Autoneum in idealer Weise. Insbesondere bei den Produktlinien Radlaufschalen und Kofferraumauskleidungen sowie beim LKW-Gesch\u00e4ft bietet sich dank der globalen Pr\u00e4senz von Autoneum weiteres Potenzial f\u00fcr profitables Wachstum auch ausserhalb von Europa. Borgers verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber mehr als 150 Jahre Erfahrung im Rezyklieren textiler Materialien. Im Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2022 erwirtschaftete die Borgers Gruppe ohne die bereits im Sommer 2022 verkaufte Maschinenbausparte mit rund 4 500 Mitarbeitenden weltweit einen vorl\u00e4ufigen Jahresumsatz von rund EUR 700 Mio. Mit den Kunden von Borgers hat Autoneum neue Preisstellungen und Lieferbedingungen vereinbart mit dem Ziel, eine nachhaltige Profitabilit\u00e4t sowie die Weiterentwicklung von Technologien und Prozessen sicherzustellen.<\/p>\n<p>Die \u00dcbernahme von Borgers Automotive ist ein bedeutender strategischer Meilenstein in der Geschichte des Unternehmens. Eelco Spoelder, seit dem 27. M\u00e4rz 2023 CEO von Autoneum, erkl\u00e4rt dazu: \u00abBorgers Automotive verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine hohe Expertise im Bereich der nachhaltigen Produktentwicklung.
