September 2023 um 12.00 Uhr MESZ 98.4% der Bezugsrechte <\/strong><strong>im Rahmen des am 14. September 2023 publizierten Bezugsrechtsangebots<\/strong><strong> g\u00fcltig ausge\u00fcbt wurden.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die verbleibenden 18,312 Angebotsaktien, f\u00fcr welche die Bezugsrechte nicht g\u00fcltig ausge\u00fcbt wurden, werden im Markt zum Verkauf angeboten, wobei der Platzierungspreis nicht unter dem Bezugspreis von CHF 90.75 je Angebotsaktie liegen wird. Die Anzahl der so platzierten Angebotsaktien wird am oder um den 28. September 2023 vor Handelsbeginn der SIX Swiss Exchange bekannt gegeben. Die beiden gr\u00f6ssten Aktion\u00e4re von Autoneum, Artemis Beteiligungen I AG und PCS Holding AG, haben im Rahmen des Bezugsrechtsangebots Aktien im Verh\u00e4ltnis ihrer bestehenden Beteiligungsquoten gezeichnet.<\/p>\n<p>Der erste Handelstag der neu ausgegebenen Angebotsaktien wird voraussichtlich der 29. September 2023 sein. Die Lieferung der Angebotsaktien gegen Zahlung des Bezugspreises bzw. des Platzierungspreises ist f\u00fcr den 2. Oktober 2023 vorgesehen. Die neuen Namenaktien werden ab dem Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2023 voll stimm- und dividendenberechtigt und den bestehenden Namenaktien in jeder Hinsicht gleichgestellt sein.<\/p>\n<p>Mit dem Vollzug der Kapitalerh\u00f6hung wird Autoneum ein erwarteter Nettoerl\u00f6s von rund 100 Mio. CHF zufliessen, falls alle Angebotsaktien gezeichnet werden.
