Erstmals der \u00d6ffentlichkeit pr\u00e4sentiert wird Tune-It am 11. und 12. Juli auf der Automotive Acoustics Conference in Z\u00fcrich\/R\u00fcschlikon, Schweiz. Die global f\u00fchrende Fachtagung f\u00fcr Fahrzeugakustik steht seit 50 Jahren unter der wissenschaftlichen Leitung von Autoneum.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Als Markt- und Innovationsf\u00fchrer investiert Autoneum kontinuierlich in die Entwicklung multifunktionaler Komponenten und Technologien f\u00fcr L\u00e4rm- und Hitzeschutz im Fahrzeug, die durch ihre Leichtbauweise entscheidend zu nachhaltiger Mobilit\u00e4t beitragen. Dazu z\u00e4hlen auch insbesondere Teppichsysteme, die in der Passagierkabine ger\u00e4uschreduzierend wirken und gleichzeitig aufgrund ihrer Gr\u00f6sse das Fahrzeuggewicht entscheidend beeinflussen. Neu bietet Autoneum Automobilherstellern mit Tune-It f\u00fcr Nadelvliesteppiche eine Technologie, die das Fahrzeug von morgen leichter, komfortabler und umweltschonender macht \u2013 und das bei optimaler akustischer Leistung.<\/p>\n<p>Tune-It beruht auf einer neuartigen Faserkombination des Teppichr\u00fcckens, mit der die Ger\u00e4uschisolierung und -absorption erstmals \u00fcber die gesamte Oberfl\u00e4che des Teppichs auf die spezifischen Bed\u00fcrfnisse und Geometrie der Passagierkabine abgestimmt werden kann. Dank diesem technologischen Quantensprung ist es bereits in der Entwicklung neuer Fahrzeugmodelle m\u00f6glich, die entsprechende D\u00e4mmungs- und Absorptionsleistung mittels computergesteuerten Simulationen anforderungsspezifisch zu definieren. Damit sorgen Nadelvliesteppiche aus Tune-It f\u00fcr einen optimalen L\u00e4rmschutz in der Passagierkabine.<\/p>\n<p>Durch einen Gewichtsvorteil von bis zu 25 Prozent gegen\u00fcber Standard-Nadelvliesteppichen unterst\u00fctzen Teppiche aus Tune-It zudem einen geringeren Treibstoffverbrauch und weniger Emissionen.<\/p>\n<p>Die ausgezeichnete Umweltbilanz der zu 100 Prozent aus PET bestehenden Teppichtechnologie zeigt sich auch in der vollst\u00e4ndigen Rezyklierbarkeit der auf Tune-It basierenden Komponenten. Im Vergleich zur klassischen Teppichfertigung, bei der \u00fcblicherweise ein Anteil von 30 Prozent an nicht verwertbarem Produktionsausschuss anf\u00e4llt, k\u00f6nnen die in der Fertigung von Tune-It entstehenden Abf\u00e4lle wieder zu Pellets verarbeitet und als Fasern vollst\u00e4ndig in den Herstellungsprozess von Teppichsystemen r\u00fcckgeleitet werden.<\/p>\n<p>Erstmals wird Tune-It auf der Automotive Acoustics Conference am 11. und 12.
