Auf der heute beginnenden Automotive Acoustics Conference in Konstanz pr\u00e4sentiert Autoneum nun ein neuartiges, leichtgewichtiges Schalld\u00e4mmsystem\u00a0<\/strong><strong>auf Basis von Polyesterfilz. Die innovative Technologie zeichnet sich durch hohe Elastizit\u00e4t und Formbarkeit f\u00fcr pr\u00e4zise Konturen aus und kombiniert exzellente Akustikleistung mit einer verbesserten Rezyklierbarkeit<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Flexi-Light PET wird aus einer neuartigen Fasermischung hergestellt, die vollst\u00e4ndig aus Polyester besteht. Durch den Einsatz eines fortschrittlichen Produktionsprozesses kann Autoneum die Ausrichtung der Fasern gezielt steuern und so eine propriet\u00e4re Filzmischung schaffen. Diese erreicht eine mechanische und akustische Leistung auf dem Niveau von Polyurethanschaum. Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist das Material sehr flexibel und eignet sich f\u00fcr komplexe 3D-Geometrien &#8211; ideal f\u00fcr Innenraumkomponenten mit komplexen Formen wie Teppiche oder Stirnwandisolationen.<\/p>\n<p>Flexi-Light PET besteht vollst\u00e4ndig aus Polyester, bis zu 90 Prozent davon stammen aus rezykliertem Material. Wenn es als Entkoppler in Verbindung mit anderen PET-basierten Technologien aus dem Autoneum-Produktportfolio verwendet wird, unterst\u00fctzt es die vollst\u00e4ndige Kreislaufwirtschaft: Produktionsabf\u00e4lle k\u00f6nnen wiederverwendet und Bauteile am Ende des Lebenszyklus vollst\u00e4ndig rezykliert werden.
