Die auf dem \u201eRotating Injection Fiber\u201c-Prozess basierende Produktionsanlage \u201eIFP-R2\u201c wurde entsprechend dem optimierten Herstellungsverfahren neu konzipiert und ihre Umweltbilanz weiter verbessert.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Der \u201eRotating Injection Fiber\u201c-Prozess ist das innovative, patentgesch\u00fctzte Verfahren von Autoneum zur Produktion massgefertigter Filzst\u00fccke f\u00fcr Stirnwand- und Bodenkomponenten in Fahrzeugen. Bei diesem Prozess wird die Fasermischung \u2013 das Basismaterial der Filzteile \u2013 in ein vorgefertigtes Muster gef\u00fcllt, das sich in einer rotierenden Trommel befindet. So entstehen stabile Zwischenprodukte, die anschliessend in die f\u00fcr die Herstellung des Endprodukts ben\u00f6tigte Form gebracht werden.<\/p>\n<p>Der verbesserte Prozessablauf f\u00fchrt unter anderem dazu, dass in den Filzteilen weniger Schallbr\u00fccken entstehen. Dies erh\u00f6ht die akustische Leistung der Produkte. Gleichzeitig reduziert sich das Gewicht der Filzst\u00fccke, weil die gew\u00fcnschte Dicke exakt definiert und die ben\u00f6tigte Form pr\u00e4zise ausgef\u00fcllt und zugeschnitten wird.<\/p>\n<p>Mit der Verfahrensoptimierung erreicht Autoneum auch eine verbesserte Umweltbilanz des Produktionsprozesses: Lag die Materialeffizienz bisher bei rund 80 Prozent, sind es neu bis zu 95 Prozent. Das \u00fcbersch\u00fcssige Material wird rezykliert und im Produktionsprozess wiederverwendet.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die Umsetzung des \u201eRotating Injection Fiber\u201c-Herstellungsverfahrens hat Autoneum eigens die Produktionsanlage \u201eIFP-R2\u201c entwickelt und patentiert. \u201eIFP-R2\u201c wurde bereits erfolgreich in Europa in Betrieb genommen und kommt zuk\u00fcnftig auch an nordamerikanischen und asiatischen Autoneum-Standorten zum Einsatz.
