Die Anleihe ist mit einem Zinscoupon von 4,375% ausgestattet und hat eine Laufzeit von 5 Jahren mit Endf\u00e4lligkeit am 14. Dezember 2017. Das Liberierungsdatum der Anleihe ist voraussichtlich der 14. Dezember 2012. Es wird ein Gesuch f\u00fcr die provisorische Zulassung zum Handel der Anleihe ab 12.
