Intelligente Motorkapselungen tragen dazu bei, W\u00e4rme \u00fcber eine l\u00e4ngere Zeit zu speichern, so dass der CO2-Ausstoss beim Kaltstart reduziert wird. Mit Theta-FiberCell bietet Autoneum eine Schl\u00fcssel-technologie zur Motorkapselung, die f\u00fcr geringere CO2-Emissionen sorgt. Seine zukunftsweisenden Konzepte pr\u00e4sentiert Autoneum, der f\u00fchrende Experte f\u00fcr Akustik- und W\u00e4rmemanagement, auch auf der diesj\u00e4hrigen Automotive Acoustics Conference am 26. und 27. Juni an der ETH in Z\u00fcrich, Schweiz. In bew\u00e4hrter Tradition steht die Konferenz auch dieses Jahr unter der wissenschaftlichen Leitung von Autoneum.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In der Theta-FiberCell-Technologie vereint Autoneum basierend auf langj\u00e4hriger Erfahrung die Vorteile von Faser- und Schaumabsorbern. Die 2012 auf den Markt gebrachte L\u00f6sung ber\u00fccksichtigt kundenspezifische Anforderungen ebenso wie aktuelle gesetzliche Vorgaben. In K\u00fcrze wird der erste Serieneinsatz bei einem europ\u00e4ischen Automobilhersteller erfolgen. Mit Theta-FiberCell erweitert Autoneum sein weltweites Angebot leichtgewichtiger, multifunktionaler Produkte und folgt damit der strategischen Fokussierung auf die Kernkompetenzen Akustik- und W\u00e4rme-management. Autoneum hat die wachsende Bedeutung und das weitreichende Potenzial der thermischen Isolation im Automobilsektor fr\u00fchzeitig erkannt. Mit den guten Akustikeigenschaften, der integrierten W\u00e4rmeisolation und der damit einhergehenden hohen Temperaturstabilit\u00e4t von Theta-FiberCell bis 200 \u00b0C wird so schon heute zuk\u00fcnftigen Herausforderungen begegnet. Zudem punktet das D\u00e4mmmaterial durch sein geringes Gewicht, ist schwer entflammbar und weist gute Festigkeitseigenschaften gegen\u00fcber Motorvibrationen auf. Abh\u00e4ngig von der anwendungsspezifischen Zusammensetzung verf\u00fcgt das Produkt \u00fcber einen unterschiedlich hohen Anteil rezyklierter Fasern.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Individuelle Anwendungsm\u00f6glichkeiten<\/strong><br \/>\nJe nach Kundenanforderung setzt Autoneum Theta-FiberCell entweder f\u00fcr am Motor oder Fahrzeug montierte Motorkapselungen ein. Neben der akustischen Absorption von Innen- und Aussenger\u00e4uschen sorgt die por\u00f6se Faser-Schaum-L\u00f6sung auch f\u00fcr thermische Stabilit\u00e4t und kann nach Abstellen des Motors \u00fcber l\u00e4ngere Zeit W\u00e4rme erhalten. So konnte Autoneum bei einem Test nach NEFZ-Norm (Neuer Europ\u00e4ischer Fahrzyklus) mit einem Mittelklassefahrzeug nachweisen, dass nach zw\u00f6lf Stunden Stillstand die Temperatur mit Theta-FiberCell-Kapselung um 6 \u00b0C h\u00f6her ist als ohne die spezielle Isolation. Dieser Temperaturunterschied wirkt sich positiv auf die Viskosit\u00e4t des Motor\u00f6ls aus: Die h\u00f6here \u00d6ltemperatur f\u00fchrt so zu einer geringeren inneren Reibung des Motors und sorgt f\u00fcr mehr Effizienz beim Fahren.<br \/>\nPro 6 \u00b0C h\u00f6herer Motor\u00f6l-Temperatur entstehen 3 Gramm weniger CO2 je gefahrenen Kilometer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fortschritt in jeder Hinsicht<\/strong><br \/>\nDie Serienreife innovativer Materialien setzt stets eine umfangreiche Entwicklungsarbeit voraus. Daf\u00fcr stellt Autoneum neben Hitzeschutz- und Akustikpaketen auch Messsysteme zur Analyse der akustischen Absorptionseigenschaften von Materialien und Bauteilen bereit. Die von Autoneum entwickelte Alpha Cabin unterst\u00fctzt die Entwicklung optimierter Akustikpakete f\u00fcr Fahrzeuge und gilt als weltweiter Standard zur Messung akustischer Absorptionseigenschaften.
