Martin Hirzel, CEO, und Urs Leinh\u00e4user, CFO und Deputy CEO, hoben in ihren Ausf\u00fchrungen hervor, dass Autoneum im ersten vollen Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2012 deutliche Fortschritte in einem anspruchsvollen Umfeld gemacht und wichtige Zwischenziele erreicht habe. In das laufende Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2013 sei man insgesamt gut gestartet.<\/p>\n<p>Die zu genehmigenden Traktanden wurden jeweils mit grosser Mehrheit angenommen. So stimmten die anwesenden Aktion\u00e4re nahezu einstimmig (99.8 Prozent Ja-Stimmen) der Zahlung einer erstmaligen Dividende in H\u00f6he von 0.65 CHF je Aktie zu.
