With this transaction, UGN adjusts its product portfolio in the USA.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>UGN, a joint venture of Autoneum and Japanese automotive supplier Nihon Tokushu Toryo (Nittoku), has sold its business in Chicago Heights, Illinois, to an affiliate of the private investment firm Angeles Equity Partners. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.<\/p>\n<p>UGN has produced dampers for vehicles at its plant in Chicago Heights since 1986.
