The settlement payment amounts to 29.5 million euros.<\/p>\n<p>The German Federal Cartel Office launched an investigation in September 2013 against Autoneum Germany GmbH, since 2011 successor to Rieter Automotive Germany GmbH, as well as against other companies on the account of price-fixing agreements.
