Matthias Holzammer, German national aged 46, has long-standing experience in the automotive supply business and will take up his duties per April 1, 2012.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Autoneum Holding Ltd Board meeting of March 19, 2012 appointed Matthias Holzammer as Head Business Group Europe and member of the Group Executive Board with effect from April 1, 2012. Matthias Holzammer has held senior operative management positions with various international suppliers to the automobile industry. From 2009 until 2011 he was Managing Director Production with the international automotive supplier Keiper, Kaiserslautern. In mid 2011 this company merged with Johnson Controls, where in his last position as General Manager Product Business Unit \u201cMetal Region Europe\u201d he has been responsible for integrating the metals business of Johnson Controls, Keiper and CRH. Matthias Holzammer graduated as industrial engineer at W\u00fcrzburg-Schweinfurt University of Applied Science, specializing in production and logistics.<\/p>\n<p>Charles F\u00e4h, Head Business Group Europe since 2007, will take over key Group projects per April 1, 2012 and be stepping down from the Executive Committee.
