Autoneum Pure.
Technologies that distinguish themselves by an excellent sustainability performance throughout the product life cycle.
Ultra-Silent
Lightest textile underbody technology made entirely of PET

Raw Materials
- Ultra-Silent consists of 100% PET, of which up to 70% are recycled fibers.
- Reusing this material contributes to a better carbon footprint and thus to the conservation of natural resources.

Production
- PET cut-offs can be fully reclaimed, processed and reused, thereby ensuring a closed material loop.

Use
- Ultra-Silent underbody systems are 50% lighter than equivalent plastic parts and enhance the aerodynamics of vehicles. This contributes to lower fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions on car level.

End of life
- Ultra-Silent is a mono-material and thus can be recycled at the end of vehicle life.
Prime-Light
Extremely light and fully recyclable

Raw Materials
- Prime-Light consists of more than 50% of recycled cotton fibers.
- Reusing this material contributes to a better carbon footprint and thus to the conservation of natural resources.

Production
- Prime-Light is a thermoplastic cotton felt compound. This allows trim waste to be reclaimed, processed and reused, thereby ensuring a closed material loop.

Use
- Prime-Light inner dashes and floor insulators save 7 kilograms of weight on a typical car. This contributes to lower fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions on car level.

End of life
- The high content of renewable cotton fiber in Prime-Light-based products provides an opportunity for recycling.
Di-Light
Made of up to 97% recycled PET fibers

Raw Materials
- Di-Light consists of up to 97% recycled PET.
- Reusing this material contributes to a better carbon footprint and thus to the conservation of natural resources.

Production
- PET cut-offs from a Di-Light carpet can be fully reclaimed, processed and reused, thereby ensuring a closed material loop.

Use
- Di-Light carpets are 20% lighter than conventional needlepunch carpets. This contributes to lower fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions on car level.
- At equivalent weight, Di-Light fibers allow better durability and longer lifetime of the component.

End of life
- Di-Light is a mono-material and thus can be recycled at the end of vehicle life.
Mono-Liner
50% lighter than plastic components

Raw Materials
- Mono-Liner recipe consists of 100% PET, of which up to 70% are recycled fibers.
- Reusing this material contributes to a better carbon footprint and thus to the conservation of natural resources.

Production
- PET cut-offs can be fully reclaimed, processed and reused, thereby ensuring a closed material loop.

Use
- Mono-Liner wheelhouse outer liners are up to 50% lighter than corresponding plastic components.
- This contributes to lower fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions on car level and ensures a greater driving range for electric vehicles.

End of life
- Due to the high amount of PET, components based on Mono-Liner can be recycled.
IFP-R2
Sets sustainable standards for felt technologies

Raw Materials
- Depending on the composition, IFP-R2 can contain up to 75% of recycled cotton fibers.
- Reusing this material contributes to a better carbon footprint and thus to the conservation of natural resources

Production
- IFP-R2 is a thermoplastic cotton felt compound. This allows trim waste to be reclaimed, processed and reused, thereby ensuring a closed material loop.

Use
- IFP-R2 is a felt-fiber mixture that provides significant weight saving compared to components based on a heavy layer with polyurethane foam.

End of life
- Due to the high content of renewable cotton fibers in the felt material, components based on IFP-R2 are recyclable.
Hybrid-Acoustics PET
Sustainable noise protection for the powertrain

Raw Materials
- Hybrid-Acoustics PET consists of 100% PET, of which up to 50% are recycled fibers.
- Reusing this material contributes to a better carbon footprint and thus to the conservation of natural resources

Production
- 100% PET cut-offs can be fully reclaimed, processed and reused, thereby ensuring a closed material loop.

Use
- Compared to conventional insulators, components made of Hybrid-Acoustic PET are up to 40% lighter. This contributes to lower fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions on car level and ensures a greater driving range for electric vehicles.

End of life
- Hybrid-Acoustics PET is a mono-material and thus can be fully recycled at the end of vehicle life.
Relive-1
Sustainable tufting technology with excellent cleanability

Raw Materials
- Relive-1 consists of up to 97% recycled PET.
- Recycled Relive-1 components contribute to a better carbon footprint and thus to the conservation of natural resources.

Production
- Relive-1 carpets with thermoplastic felt backing are mainly made of PET. As a result, the cut-offs can be fully reclaimed, processed and reused, thereby ensuring a closed material loop.

Use
- Tufted carpets made of Relive-1 have high abrasion resistance and, due to the vertical alignment of the filaments as well as the water repellency of polyester, they are particularly stain-resistant and easy to clean. As a result, they are more robust, durable and therefore more sustainable than standard carpets for the compact class.

End of life
- Due to the high amount of PET, components based on Relive-1 can be recycled.
