Lightweight textile decoupler made entirely of PET
Raw Materials
- Flexi-Light PET consists of 100% PET.
- It contains up to 90% recycled content.

- PET production cut-offs can be fully reclaimed, processed and reused, thereby ensuring a closed material loop.
Use
- Flexi-Light PET uses a special fiber blend and is up to 35% lighter than traditional foam decouplers. This contributes to lower vehicle weight and reduced CO₂ emissions on car level.
End of life
- Flexi-Light PET is a mono-material solution and can be fully recycled at the end of vehicle life. It is therefore a suitable replacement for polyurethane foam, which is difficult to recycle.
Di-Light

Relive-1
Sustainable tufting technology with excellent cleanability

- Relive-1 consists of up to 97% recycled PET.
- Recycled Relive-1 components contribute to a better carbon footprint and thus to the conservation of natural resources.
Production
- Relive-1 carpets with thermoplastic felt backing are mainly made of PET. As a result, the cut-offs can be fully reclaimed, processed and reused, thereby ensuring a closed material loop.
Use
- Tufted carpets made of Relive-1 have high abrasion resistance and, due to the vertical alignment of the filaments as well as the water repellency of polyester, they are particularly stain-resistant and easy to clean. As a result, they are more robust, durable and therefore more sustainable than standard carpets for the compact class.
End of life
- Due to the high amount of PET, components based on Relive-1 can be recycled.
