Corporate Governance

The rules and regulations of Corporate Governance are laid out in numerous Autoneum documents, in particular the Articles of Association, the Organizational Regulations and the Board Committee Regulations. Unless stated otherwise, the data pertains to December 31, 2025.

Pursuant to the Articles of Association, the Board of Directors of Autoneum consists of no less than three and no more than nine members. Eelco Spoelder was appointed CEO on March 27, 2023. No member of the Board of Directors serves in an executive capacity. All directors are independent in accordance with the Swiss Code of Best Practice for Corporate Governance. Nominations for election to the Board of Directors are made with due regard for the balanced composition of this body, taking industrial and international management and specialist experience into account.
